Want to hear an expert walk through a developing homestead and explain what’s working and what could be better?
Join us as an auditor for a rare opportunity to observe Nick Ferguson (permaculture consultant and educator) of Home Grown Liberty and Rare Plant Store as he tours and designs for our 60-acre hay farm & horse facility in Yamhill County. You’ll follow along as we examine our existing infrastructure, walk forest trails, and explore site-specific solutions, all rooted in our land’s challenges and potential.
What You’ll Get:
• All-day access to observe the full consult process
• Time in the field and in the classroom
• A catered lunch from a local sandwich shop (1 meal included)
• Access to post-event materials: audio recording, sketch notes, base maps
• Open Q&A session focused on design principles, not personal consults

• 8+ hours of focused observation and discussion
• Uneven ground, sun exposure, poison oak risk — dress for real terrain

Cost: $100 per household or project group (includes 1 lunch)
